Processing Your Order
All orders are fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. That means everything is made just for you once you order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and shipped. You’ll get an email from Shopify as soon as it’s on its way, complete with a tracking link.

Shipping Options
At checkout, you’ll see all the shipping options available to you:

• Standard Shipping: usually takes [X–X business days]

• Express Shipping: usually takes [X–X business days]

• Free Shipping: we offer this on orders over [£/$X]

International Orders
Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍 (to the countries listed at checkout). Delivery times vary depending on where you are, and sometimes your local customs office might slow things down. Any import duties or taxes are your responsibility.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. Give it a few hours to update before it starts showing progress.

Delays
Sometimes life happens — bad weather, customs, or carrier delays. Sadly, those bits are out of our hands, but we’ll always do what we can to help if something goes wrong.
